What are your modes of payment?

We accept several modes of payment to make shopping more convenient for you

We accept Credit/debit card purchases via PayPal. You will receive payment instructions via email once you have completed checkout.

Details and special instructions shall be sent to you via email / SMS once you have completed checkout.

  1. BDO Bank Deposit

 Details and special instructions shall be sent to you via email / SMS once you have completed checkout.

 How do I make a purchase?

  1. Click on the item you wish to purchase.
  1. Make sure all details are correct (quantity, color, style, etc.) and then click the ADD TO CART button.

Your item will then be added to your virtual shopping cart, which you can check by clicking the cart symbol on the top right of your screen.

  1. You may continue to browse our site and add items to your cart. Once you’re ready to make your purchase, click on the cart on the top-right of your screen and press the CHECKOUT Button.
  1. Fill out your payment and shipping information.
  2. Once you've successfully made a purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the Philippines. For international orders, we ship via DHL.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

For local orders within Metro Manila, it usually takes 2-3 business days for your package to arrive after production and shipment of the piece.

When your order is on the way to you, you will get an email from us confirming that we've shipped out your order.

How long does it usually take for made-to-order items to be produced?

Most of our pieces are made-to-order and handmade with love. It usually takes 4-7 business days for them to be produced.

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

Due to the fact that most of our pieces are made-to-order, all items are final sale.  Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns.

Our pieces are delicate and fragile.  We are willing to repair most manufacturing defects. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry to discuss possible options.

Please follow our care guide for long lasting pieces.

**Manufacturing defects DO NOT include: general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading; and chipped, cracked or broken pearls. Just in case, you can send us an e-mail with details.

What are your pieces made of?

Most of our pieces are handmade with love out of clay. We combine these with repurposed fabrics, brass, pearls, and other beads to make them even more special.

Do you still make pieces from your previous collections?

Yes we do! Just browse our collections page, select the pieces you want to order, add them to your cart and checkout the items. It then takes 4-7 business days to create your made-to-order pieces.
