Shipping and Returns



Most of our pieces are handcrafted to order and made especially for you. Please allow 4-7 business days for the pieces to be made before shipment. Please take note that all our pieces are handmade and shipped from the Philippines.


Local Shipping : Once an item has been shipped, Tropik Beatnik will no longer be held responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

International Shipping : Important Notes  Duties and taxes are NOT yet included in the total at check out. 

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Please make sure that your delivery address is accurate and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and details. Items that are marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

All pieces are made by hand with lots of love, care and time! Please allow 4-7 business days for pieces to be made before shipment. Please note that pieces may appear differently from the items shown online due to the handmade nature of each item.

Lost Packages : If and when your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. We are, however, no longer responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 


Due to the fact that most of our pieces are made-to-order, all items are final sale.  Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns.

Our pieces are delicate and fragile.  We are willing to repair most manufacturing defects. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry to discuss possible options.

Please follow our care guide for long lasting pieces.

**Manufacturing defects DO NOT include: general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading; and chipped, cracked or broken pearls. Just in case, you can send us an e-mail with details.


If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item and outgoing postage will be refunded. If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.


Discount codes are excluded from any collaborations that are launched on the site.

Tropik Beatnik reserves the right to refuse a return if the above criteria, is not met.
